Project: LGBTQ+ Matinee Music Showcase

MOTR Pub will platform artists from the Cincinnati queer community with their LGBTQ+ Matinee Music Showcase. This initiative intentionally engrains diversity into MOTR Pub's programming and will engage a talent buyer who is a member of the local LGBTQ+ community to book the series.

Venue Info

MOTR Pub is a bar established in 2010 with the mission of showcasing original live music on a nightly basis in downtown Cincinnati (specifically the historic neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine). In those nearly 14 years since opening for business, MOTR has largely succeeded in that mission, save the 15 months at the onset of the pandemic when serving up live music in a packed room was untenable. Performances by one-off local acts, Cincinnati legends, one-man bands,10-piece soul combos, and many nationally touring big names whom you know comprise some of those thousands of shows on MOTR Pub's small triangle-shaped stage.
