Project: Dark Matter

Elastic Arts is reviving their Dark Matter monthly performance series which highlights emerging, Chicago-based, BIPOC artists. Dark Matter’s Outreach programming utilizes partnerships to bring musicians to neighborhoods in the South and West Sides of Chicago that lack infrastructure for the arts. The series culminates with the AfroFuturist Weekend, a three-day festival celebrating the expansive genre.
