Project: Mirror // A Reflection of Our Culture

In this project, Chocolate Church will collaborate with the Workers Community Challenge, a Bath organization that aims to build strong economies and grow healthy communities by changing the way systems work to benefit residents, especially residents with low incomes. The project provides access to music by creating new, diverse programming that better reflects the changing demographics of the area, including music performances, West African drumming classes, KindKids Music classes, workshops for adults, and more.

The Chocolate Church Arts Center is mid coast Maine’s regional performing and visual arts center. For more than 40 years the Chocolate Church Arts Center has been offering a rich program of live music, gallery exhibitions, theater for young artists, lectures and workshops.
